The Liberty is a purpose-built hydraulic liner hanger designed to eliminate failure points before they become problems downhole. A single-piece mandrel removes the leak paths found in multi-piece designs, protecting cement integrity and supporting assets built to produce for decades.

Five Components. One Engineered String.
The Liberty is not a single part — it is a matched assembly where every component is designed to work with the next. From the load-bearing hanger to the cementing darts, each piece is built and tested by ATC to a single standard.
Liner Hanger
The structural heart of the system. A single-piece mandrel carries the full hanging load — up to 850,000 lbs depending on configuration — with no threaded connections to create leak paths. Hydraulically set for predictable, repeatable performance and rated to support aggressive wash-and-ream programs.
Liner-Top Packer
Seals the annulus between the liner top and the parent casing once the liner is cemented in place. A zero-extrusion seal element holds up to 15,000 PSI, isolating the production interval and locking in long-term cement and zonal integrity for the life of the well.
Patriot Running Tool
Delivers the Liberty to setting depth and provides the hydraulic set mechanism, then releases cleanly for a single-trip installation. A positive mechanical latch and predictable release engineered as a matched system with the hanger — not adapted from a generic catalog.
Polished Bore Receptacle (PBR)
A precision-honed bore at the liner top that provides a sealed tie-back surface for the running tool and any future tie-back string. Protects the seal area during installation and gives operators a reliable interface for production or re-completion work down the line.
Cementing Darts & Plugs
Pumpable darts and latch-in plugs that separate cement from displacement fluid and actuate the float equipment in sequence. They wipe the liner ID clean and deliver a positive surface bump confirming complete cement placement at the hanger seat.
