ATC Toe Sleeve
Controlled Activation. Proven Integrity.
Built for the Life of the Well.
The ATC Toe Sleeve is a hydraulically activated sliding sleeve designed for deployment near the toe of horizontal wells. Engineered for high-pressure environments, it enables casing pressure testing to surface pressures up to 15,000 psi before controlled activation.
Once testing is successfully completed, the tool opens at a predetermined pressure, establishing communication to the formation and enabling high-rate injection for subsequent plug-and-perf operations.
ATC Toe Sleeve is built for precision. The rupture disk and atmospheric chamber design ensure accurate, repeatable opening pressure. Annular pressure and cement exposure do not influence activation, delivering predictable performance in demanding cementing and completion environments.
Operational Confidence.
Dual Rupture Disk System
Delivers accurate, controlled opening pressures while enabling casing tests exceeding 15,000 psi.
Hydraulically Balanced Piston Design
Prevents premature activation while running in hole, maintaining operational control.
Encapsulated Three-Layer Construction
Patented design protects all moving components from wellbore exposure, preserving tool integrity.
Shouldered Connections
Allows rotation during run-in-hole and cementing operations without compromising structural performance.
Heavy-Duty Plug Compatibility
Designed to work seamlessly with high-performance cement wiper plugs.
High-Pressure Rated
Engineered and qualified up to 18,000 psi.
